Parkrun muddy quagmire!

Was heavy & slow going for me at Parkrun this morning with all the muscles worked, so have had a good stretch.At one stage thought I would sink in a bog and not be found..😁 did I enjoy it? In an odd way,yes. Don't think I'll make a habit of doing that course at this time of year often though, do one less boggy!

Now to bang the shoes off!😉
