Just yesterday, I unfortunately had a nasty fall while walking on the road. I stumbled over and fell on my hands, injuring mostly my left arms/shoulder, a bit on my left leg and right palm. I skipped yesterday's couch to 5k run. I had completed the program till week 4, day 1.
Now I'm wondering how long can I take rest or should I run through with the pain. I feel I can manage a light jog. But I'm afraid if I would aggravate my injury.
What do you guys suggest - should I take a week off from running and return? or should I continue with week 4 program since my legs seem ok?

Oh poor you, a fall really shakes you up doesn't it? Dr Curly says take a few days off and rest, you won't lose any fitness for a couple of weeks and hopefully you'll be back out before then. You'll know when you're ready. Hope you feel better soon xx
My guess is you will be fine. Get back into running as soon as you feel well enough. We all fall over and scrape our hands and knees but they're usually just minor bumps and we get back up and crack on. As long as you're sure you've not broken or cracked anything you should soon be lacing your trainers up again. Don't let it put you off.
