I completed week 9 run 3 on Sunday. I still can't believe I achieved the goal. I thought I won't be able to make it, but surprise was awaiting. I was a bit sad that I would miss Laura. And then I learnt about the c25k+ podcasts. It made my graduation merrier. I hope I will continue running with Laura.

Well done! Not to put you off but I think nexr set of podcasts are quite challenging - Laura is much sterner! I use them regularly but at first they seemed a big jump from the original programme.
Right you are! in fact I ran the stepping stone one yesterday and for the first time I felt pain in my legs.. It was not really easy and even worse after the run! I thought may be its my problem, I cant run properly but it seems I am not alone.
Well done! It really is a great feeling isn't it? I've started the c25k+ podcasts too. They are quite challenging but there again I thought running for 3 mins back near the beginning of c25k was difficult but can now run for 30+ mins. So stick with them if you find they were useful and enjoy the running!
Very well done! It's a great achievement. Since graduating I stuck with week 9 for another week (I'm not very fast) but have bitten the bullet and downloaded the c25k+ podcasts and will see how I get on. Hope we enjoy them
I'm sticking with using Laura's week 9 podcast to train with, even though I graduated. It's getting easier so I guess I'll find something new in a week or two.
