Just completed wk4!

Feeling better than expected physically and more so mentally. Running for me has always been about psychology. Was always useless at running at school (many moons ago!) and just thought I just can't do it but with the help of c25k and my music I am getting there and actually enjoying the after buzz and feeling of achievment. Still a way to go but I'm getting there!
