week five, still alive!

So I am quite surprised at myself - I ran for twenty minutes and the worst thing that happened was I got a bit bored about five minute in!

Not nearly as bad as I anticipated.

Also, I felt very happy when I got home from work and found my new "shock absorber" sports bra had arrived in the mail, all the way from the UK. So I'm looking forward to a bounce free week 6!

Well done!

Week 5 looks scary but, as you found, if you have stuck with the course and take it steadily there is nothing to worry about. That takes nothing away from the achievement of your first long run, however - congratulations on that.

Good luck with W6!
