Starting again but where from? Any tips?

I was going well and even did W5R3 but then life got in the way. My last run was 3 weeks ago so I was thinking of starting again at the start of week 4. Anyone got any advice?

Three weeks seems a long time but you will have maintained a reasonable amount of the fitness you gained over the previous weeks. I would try W5R1 and see how it goes. Drop back to week 4 if it seems too hard, but if not, just keep going. Well done for coming back to the programme - stopping can create a huge mental block sometimes and people see starting again as an impossible mountain to climb - looks like you have your head on right and will soon be on the path to graduation.

Good luck with it and let us know how it goes.

You may not need to repeat the whole of W4 but doing a W4 run could be a good place to start, as you don't want to lose confidence by starting with a run with which you struggle. If it goes well, make W5 R1 your next one, if not, repeat until comfortable. Good luck
