Week 4 done and dusted

Hurray 😊 Never thought I'd get this far, with my habit of giving up on things too quickly. But I can now officially say that week 4 is done. Almost halfway though! After reading some of your recommendations on here I took a trip to Aldi last night and came away with a very pink new running top - sleeves for winter at last. Still running in my old trainers but if things continue to go well I'll be after some proper running shoes. Week 5 here I come!

Well done, I think from week 5 you feel like you are really making progress towards running for sustained periods. Keep it slow though and don't be daunted by it just enjoy!

Good one T. Sounds like you're doing really well. And new running gear too - lurvley. Like you said, proper running trainers are important. I know they're expensive :-( but hopefully we get our moneys worth out of them.
