Week 2 of my miserable lower respiratory track infection reaches an end, I am still coughing and now haven't run for 2 weeks. Sun shining, good job I still have the rugby to divert me and at least I was able to swim this week. Hoping it doesn't take me long to get back to where I was.

Sounds indeed miserable but you're wise to ensure you fully recover before getting back out running again. Fingers crossed you are back to full health & running soon x

It's rough being ill, just resist the temptation to get back out until you are ready. Perhaps you can spend some time planning a new route to look forward to once you are back to strength?
