W5R3... I ran for 20mins straight!

Well, there were a few corners thrown in here and there too! I felt like I was flagging a bit when I got to the 15 minute mark but the encouragement from Laura definitely helped and at the end I reckon I probably had a few more minutes of running left in the tank. I've just been on mapmyrun and I think I covered about 3.2km in the 20minutes of running so that's 6.25mins per km. I am hopeful that I can at least maintain that pace by the end of week 9.

Really pleased with myself for managing to finish it... onwards to week 6!!!
