Yeh! Shaved off another 1min 30secs over 5k, another pb overall, in the lovely sunshine, but had to do a few walks in that, as felt uncomfy, getting a full bladder feeling, joggling about? but emptied sump before running.

Maybe uncomfy due to being faster, so maybe able to get another minute or two off that, but in no hurry, am well pleased with the continuous improvements in pace..
