Well after my achievement of week 5 I began week 6 with a cold, I did week 6 day 1 and 2 but couldn't even attempt day 3. So today I began week 6 day 1 again today and felt okay. So looking forward to achieving another goal at the end of this week.... eek a 25 minute run at the end of the week.

You can do this y'know, its your head playing games with you. You just keep on doing what youve been doing, slow and steady, deep breaths , keep calm and carry on . Break the time down in your head into smaller chunks if it helps.

No f word on hear please! As Poppy say's ignore those gremlins, if your not in any physical pain, just go through them, maybe your going too fast, a lot do, just back it off and take it easy, it's no race. Just do it in your own time, what you feel comfy with..😃
