Today I made an amazing discovery! In an effort to increase my speed. I did week 1 again, but instead of my normal shuffle I did an almost proper run for the 1 minute stints, briskly walked the 90 seconds and slow jogged the last 5minutes. Strava informed me I had achieved PBs on 1k, 1 mile and 2 mile! I've decided to do this twice a week until I can slow jog the 90seconds walk, then move on to week 2. For my third run of the week I'll either do park run or the 30 minutes stepping stones. Sounds like a plan? This feels like a real achievement towards my quest to do park run in 35 minutes. 🙌
