Just ran for 45 min plus the 5 min warm up for a total of 50 min, which totaled 5.6k. That was run 3, week 9! Now I have officially graduated.

Thank you all for the support in this community. Now it's on to more training to prepare for my first race. Not sure when but will report back.

What an amazing program this C25k is. When I started I never believed I could do this given my previous back problems and now I did it. Way happy.

Well done. I had back pain on my very first attempt, too, and it gets harder and harder to keep at it. (Of course the right thing is to work on the core, which solves the problem). How did you deal with yours? Did it just eventually get better as you got fitter?

Gary_bart, my pain is always in my left lower leg when I run on pavement. Back is fine surprisingly, given I was told I would never be able t run. I think the slow conditioning, as well as a stinger core have helped. I also stretch much more than before.
