I am so sorry to everyone. No excuse I know but I had a catering thing, my thyroid meds are out and we lost a family member.

Dawn - I'm not sure what period this quest covers, but didn't that little jog you did on 13th September from Newcastle to South Shields count?. I seem to remember that the Great North Run is 21.1K long. If my math is correct, that's a little further than 5k ...
