1st "free" run after graduation

The title is pretty self explanatory here!

Went on my first run tonight since graduating on Sunday - I only did 1.51 miles as I was chivvying along a 5 year old on a bike and a 10 year old on a scooter.

BUT I did it - I went out for a run without HAVING to but because I wanted to! Which 10 weeks ago would have been unthinkable! Normally I'd have conked on the sofa after work all evening so I feel very pleased with myself.

I desperately want to keep the momentum up and looking forward to the weekend when I can fit in a longer run.
