OMG. I shaved a whole 1.5 minutes of my parkrun this morning to 32.04 to 30.32. I am delighted. Can't do it for next 3 weeks as working but will be training towards a sub 30 and also completing week 9 c25k which I will start this week. To think at the start of this programme week 4 was a challenge. Can't recommend c25k enough
