Went on my run early this morning and noticed that the outside arch on my foot is tender. I've got proper running shoes and running sock. could it just be weak and need strengthening any ideas or tips please xx

Could you maybe have bruised it on something at some point or does it only come on while you're running?
My only other suggestion is to maybe loosen your shoes a tad? That might do the trick.
Probably not the most helpful response in the world sorry but I hope it gets better soon! ☺

Make sure your socks aren't too tight too, mine made a corn between my toes worse, so I stretched them a bit while they were wet.
I've just bought a foot support so hopefully that will help
