I have just complete W5 R1 and was so pleased with how it went as I had struggled a bit in Week 4 with sore ankles. I figured out that they are aggravated when I run uphill so switched to a flatter route and did an extra run just to be truly comfortable.
I'm off on holiday tomorrow and have actually ditched a pair of heels to fit in my trainers!! Looking forward to completing wk5 and wk6 while I'm away!
