Off the couch now !

Just back from a 30 minute 4k run so can safely say I have left the couch and am beginning to speed up again :) Did start with some kinesiology tape ( from Aldi this week ) but that made my knee hurt, as does the support from SD. But my quite firm jogging pants had just the right amount of support and I ended up running with no pain :) Did put ice on when I got back to be on the safe side. Won't be long and I will be back to park runs and I can't wait :) Happy running and hope I give hope to all those on the couch (I had 4 weeks) ;)

That's good news! It's so frustrating on the couch isn't it. I've been on it for months and well hacked off

Go steady, there's plenty of time.
