Back to week 4

Okay so as you might know I was on week 7 and I just failed and gave up. I've not run for a out 4 weeks so I decided to start week 4 again. And today I finished week 4. I actually feel more proud this time than the first time I did it. My fitness is crazy low and I think I've just done it too fast. Think I might do each week twice instead of pushing myself too hard - failing and giving up. lol

I am wondering as I go from week 4 to 5 if I can do it! Good idea to repeat any week until u feel physically able to progress, well done for your perseverance! 😀


If you've done weeks 1-4 without stopping you'll have no problem with week 5. But I stopped and need to get that fitness level back lol xx
