Okay so as you might know I was on week 7 and I just failed and gave up. I've not run for a out 4 weeks so I decided to start week 4 again. And today I finished week 4. I actually feel more proud this time than the first time I did it. My fitness is crazy low and I think I've just done it too fast. Think I might do each week twice instead of pushing myself too hard - failing and giving up. lol
