Pounding the road again :)

Well after my little injury and a three week break, I survived 15 mins back in the trainers with no adverse effects, the calf felt fine .... hoorah.

Not sure if I'll go back into week 8 of Cto5k, with out slowly building up again.

It's probably better to build up relatively slowly, but putting in enough to be testing the edge of where that injury might return. (And at the slightest sign, take whatever evasive action against it that you've learnt to take).
