12 miles done over the week!

Last week I have covered 12 miles, I can't ever remember doing this distance and I am very pleased with myself. Looking to do the same this week (week 3). I am a little concerned that I can do the runs in week 3 but I am determined to do it.

Good for you, 12 miles in a week is a real achievement - well done and you'll be able to the runs in week 3 I'm sure. Just remember slow and steady.

Um, hang on a minute - are you saying you covered 12 miles in week 3 of C25K? If so that's mega! Even if you're doing a 10K plan, that's still mega! Well done!

Hi curly - I was thinking the same!! I'm on week 5 and have been doing between 8 and 8.5 miles each week and I thought I was doing well!!

Alf - Are you doing extra runs or was that just over 3 runs? Impressive - you must be running like a gazelle already!! go you!!

I did 4 runs last week averaging 3 miles each time. Still hoping to do the same this week. Hope doing more does not make it hard to carry on.
