I'm treadmilling because I can't leave the kids alone and I like exercise first thing in the morning. I feel good the rest of the day. I found it too easy so I've cranked the speed up to 6mph on the runs and I walk at 4mph. Just wondering if this is sustainable.

Keep at it - but the idea is simply to "run" for the run segments at a slow enough pace that you can complete the days task and fast enough to make it a little bit challenging for you .
