OMG I've just run non stop for 30 minutes....again great support off the hubby who has stopped his day run to come and run with me at night
Tube strike Thursday so will have a nice run through Regents Park... but yet again Wanstead was great again tonight

Graduation will next week when on my holidays in Devon.... week later than I hoped but hey I'm nearly there
Well done! Great that you have the support of your husband - I would imagine it makes a big difference in terms of encouragement.

Wow I’ve just done my first 30 min non stop run and feel great. I knew I could do it and everything...
little run along the beach after sooo much rain.
These weeks have flown by and it has been a great...
minutes, she’s still refusing to run 30 again without me, bless her... her run fuelled by some...
failed to kick in and it's now nearly two hours since I stopped running. Not sure WHAT is going...
to get stung. Don't think I will run that way again until a lot later in the year.
But I did it....
