Week 3 stalled :(

Typical. Was planning on starting week 3 tonight and I've pulled a calf muscle, this time in my other leg. Did it whilst running to catch a bus, of all things!

My calf is very painful and I'm limping a lot so going to leave it for the week to recover.

A friend of mine who is a massively good runner (seriously, she does marathons like, every other week!) reckons I'm not warming up enough, so I've got something to look at when I restart next week!

  • I feel your pain, having damaged both my calls/ankles while on the program

    I found an apple App called Stretch&Run and found the excercises well explained and very helpful.

    Let yourself heal before heading out again.
