A few weeks back I met someone that told me how well I looked, and my immediate reply was "Thank you! it's down to all the running I'm doing! -

We were in a centre where I had put on the C25k poster - so I gave it to him and explained how I did it... a couple of weeks ago I got a text: "Thanks for that tip, I'm on week 3 and I love it!"

This is to say... there is not many things more satisfying that making someone feel good by raving about this program and getting them on board!!
