I did it! W9R3 Graduate

Lovely morning at Bushey Park, I started at the front with Gary S, and they all shot past me, the buggers! lol

and of course Gary went with them to get his time. I jogged constantly for about 35 mins before easing up, was getting a tad hot, uncomfortable, and have a mild groin ache, been going on for the past week.

Anyway, I got to the finish line and it was a PB at Parkrun for me, so well pleased.

I celebrated with a bacon butty & cappacino, where I was presented with a lovely well done card & c25k Graduate pin badge from my good friend Gary S, which I will wear with pride!

I've achieved my goal for c25k, just have to work on running to 5k now, so thanks for the help and advice I've received from you all.

BTW, I will be in Parkrun news this week as mentioned c25k graduate.
