Made it through! W3R1

After making it through weeks 1 and 2 with ease (mostly), I was anxiously nervous to double my running time in week 3. I was making it through 90 seconds just fine, but jumping to 3 minutes straight? Yikes. I'm proud to report that I made it through! It's amazing how our minds can try and psych us out before we even make the attempt.

Actually, when I heard the words "cool down" I grabbed my phone to double check that I didn't skip a section as I was prepared to keep going.

Now, I just need to avoid thinking about what's ahead in week 4. One run at a time!

You said it.......one run at a time and respect, don't fear anything.

Keep running, keep smiling.
