Faster, further and longer

Today I broke all the records and registered a host of personal best: I ran 7k in 42.5 mins at an average pace of 6"05'. I ran my first 5k in 29"31' and beat my personal best by over 90 seconds. The caveat it is that I ran this on a treadmill. Just to make sure, I had my phone strapped to my arm with Nike run, running. The stats were very close. But that's not the best part. The best part was that I felt great. I felt like I could go even longer. My lungs were filled with air and joy and my stamina was intact. I had faced numbness in my feet in my previous runs( specially during week4) but nothing happened this time. I am on a high.

Well done on all your records. That's so good.

By the way I get numbness in my right foot from time to time too. Do you know what causes it and how to stop it happening?
