Second parkrun, new PB :)

Morning all, on Saturday I ran my second parkrun. Not only did I get a new PB, but I smashed my old one to pieces, I knocked a full 5 minutes off my first time!!!

(From 47 to 42 mins).

If anyone is thinking of trying parkrun I would definitely recommend it. Everyone is so friendly and supportive x

That pb is a great feeling, isn't it! Sounds like you are well on the way to addiction. I often wonder what it was I used to do of a Saturday morning before parkrun!
