Lovely early morning jog/walk along the promenade , did just under 5K stopped off and had toast and coffee then back to the Villa for a dip, wonderful. First one since we've been here on our second day, leant over freezer to get some ice and my back went, I've been taking paracetamol, it's felt a lot easier this morning so I gave it a go 😎

Oh I LOVE Costa Teguise. Had a couple of lovely holidays there when the children were little. Have a wonderful time :)

Sounds lovely Pat apart from the back thing! Honestly you do all that running and your back is fine and then you lean over the freezer and look what happens. Dangerous move there!

Well done! Ive just bought new (light) trainers to take to holiday in Mallorca. I really want to try to go out 3xs a week but even twice apparently retains fitness. 3xs IMPROVES fitness. Mmm wonder which one we'll do? Enjoy the rest of your holiday x
