W8 R1

It's taken me this long to get to week 8 what with the weather going bonkers and my sons wedding a few weeks ago so back to work and back to running and started with w8 r1 it felt so good to get back to it. I have eventually run 5K in distance and did it in 38 minutes but my best achievement was I actually ran instead of jogged I was so red and sweaty but god I feel like I have accomplished so much. Thank you to all of you who have encouraged me on my road to getting fit you are all amazing.
