Check these babies out :)

If you are a bit overweight like myself, I would recommend the Saucony Triumph series - these are the third lot I've had (change once a year), and I've always found them to be very comfortable with great cushioning.

Plus they do truly hideous colourways - the last ones were Slime/Orange/Blue, these are blue/citron/viziOrange!

Thanks Vixchile.

I have to look at them for a bit now, before I even think about wearing them outside!

It's not often colours clash so well. They are lovely :)

It's a new shoe week on C25K. Looking good Andrew, and looks like the orange is very reflective so you'll be OK as the nights start drawing in.

Yeah all the sales must have started :). Nice silver reflective strips on the side too, had to take the pic 3 times to stop them dazzling!

I think it's great that they have used the hi-viz orange on the underside of the shoe. Helps creepy crawly insects to see you coming so they can get out of the way before they get squashed. Very ecologically and environmentally correct choice!

Well as you can imagine Tomas, that was my number 1 priority in choosing a running shoe - bad karma if you squash the slugs and all that :)

What really sealed it was the large gaps between the cleats, so if they don't get out of the way quick enough, chances are they will be in a gap.

In fact, I will probably need one of those tools for getting the stones out of horses hooves to keep these clean!

Were they truly 'slime' coloured? Made me smile for the first time today - thank you :)

You're welcome :)

Yes, if you think Slime is kind of luminous green. You should be able to click on this link to see them, should you wish - although you may have nightmares...

(this opens the results of a google search btw, so if its not clear which ones I mean, its the first pair with the blue sole, not the slightly more tasteful orange ones)
