Hi, love all the contributions. Well done everyone! Did W4R3 in the rain :) and love that I made myself go out there frizzy hair and all. Very scared about week 5, but looking forward to the sense of achievement when I complete it. Have a great run today or tomorrow :)

Well done. I managed to avoid the rain, but it was pretty windy for W4R3.

All the best for week 5. I start that on Thursday. Looks scary, but achievable.
