Ankle support?

Hi just wondered if anyone could recommend one. In the past I've been a bit prone to twisting my ankle. Not done it for years and not done it throughout the programme. I am noticing my ankle does ache and feels a little swollen. I'm Not in agony but I know it's there. And think wearing a support will be a good idea.

Thank you

I'm afraid I don't. I only have experience of knee supports, but do you think a good old compression bandage would work? ☺

I still get a achey ankles and I've been running for two years! I do find that if I run on uneven ground my ankles throb a bit more but if the ground is level they are ok.

Try strengthening your ankles. Stand on one leg on a wobble board or a pile of cushions every day and circle your ankles while sitting down. Google for more exercises. They really do work.
