What is happening to me?
Up early to head to Portsmiuth as my daughter is competing in a swim meet there and I am in my running stuff! The plan is to drop her at the pool and then head to Southsea to join in their ParkRun along the front.
I have looked in the mirror and the person I see looks like me but I really don't recognise them!
I blame you lot!
You do realise you are one of us already?! There's no turning back now! 
There's no hope for you now, next thing you know you'll be looking longingly at adverts for compression socks...
