Week 7R3 done

Week 7 done I enjoyed this week, the best so far, loved the runs and even managed to accelerate the last minute for each of them. I found out I do 2 miles in 25 minutes so fairly happy with the pace. Can't believe how far I have come in such a short time and the biggest lesson learnt was trust Laura if she says I can do it then yes I can !! Bring on week 8 !!
