Having had a bit of a busy schedule this week and feeling so tired last night, I wasn't sure how well my early morning run would go today especially now that I'm well and truly into the longer blocks of running. However, buoyed by some wise words on here and knowing I've put in the work and my fitness MUST be improving,(?) I set out this morning...and it felt GOOD! Also, I ran further in the 25 mins than I did on R1, so I must be getting that little bit faster!!! Yipee! I love C25k and wanted to share that with you!
