I did it! The better control over the breathing is making a huge difference! Right knee was hurting a bit but felt better towards the end - although the last run required some digging in! but it was slightly up hill and a head wind - just avoided the mahoooosive rain cloud too!

Took the earlier advice and did the stretches on the link - hopefully I won't feel as stiff tomorrow!

Now for dinner - sooo ready for it - I was late finishing work so went running late ! I'm not sure if I will ever be an early morning runner :)
