Thank you! Believe me it was the 'just a light jog' advice from Laura that kept me going!! Plus I haven't run fast since I was about fourteen! Week 6 will be crunch week for me. Until then, I am enjoying the ride!
Oh yes, make sure you enjoy yourself. It's what it's all about. Going slow is the best way to complete the program. Those who go off like a rocket will be the ones who don't make it as they'll either be injured or give up cos it's too hard
It's not of course, if you take your time. You have more puff that way
