One for the chaps

I can thoroughly recommend Under Armour BoxerJock undercrackers.

I had been running in either Nike or Karrimor 2 in 1 shorts with built in undershorts. Mainly because I've never gotten on with those with mesh liners.

Having recently bought a couple of pairs of Aldi running shorts in their recent running event, I realised I needed something to wear underneath. A bit of a poke on the interweb bought the Under Armour BoxerJocks (6 inch style) to my attention. I ordered a couple of pairs and did my first run in them this morning.

They were absolutely fantastic, really comfortable, kept everything in place. They are about £10 a pair but I'm thinking of gradually replacing my standard M&S boxers with them.

Yeah I did realise that after I posted it.

Good job I didn't mention the 9 inch style that they also do ;)

I prefer the ventilation......unless it's cold enough for compression shorts.

How are the sizes? I normally wear "large" boxer shorts but according to the sizing table I maybe should opt for x-large...

I normally go for large, but like you I looked at the size guide and thought I should opt for x-large.

To be honest, I'm not sure what to recommend. The XL that I got fit fine, without being as tight as I originally expected them to be. Whether they should be a "tight" fit or not I'm not sure, they're not compression items after all.

Possibly I'm on the cusp of being between the two sizes. I'm quite happy with the XL as they are, but I might get a pair in large just to see how they are.

The numbers on the scales are heading in the right direction so even if a large pair doesn't fit yet they will at some point.
