Well done, don't forget the warm down walking and stretch out after, knees get a lot of stick!
Ahh, knees! Those little blighters.
Take care of them, keep 'em warm and get yourself some cod liver oil. it seems to work for me; but above all, listen to your body. If it hurts, slow, walk or stop ~ pain is there for a reason.
