Picking up on week 6 again tomorrow

My bad back has really knocked me for six and it's now two weeks tomorrow since I did week 5, run 3 and all I've managed since then is two runs.

But then a friend recommended magnesium oil and since using it since Tuesday (touch wood) my back is 90% better.

Am hoping to get out tomorrow to do day 2, week 6 again so that I can start next week with solid runs.

I've really missed my shuffles along the canal!

I sympathise! Take your time whatever you do don't make the back worse or put yourself out for longer. I had 2 weeks out with a calf strain - not a bad back I grant you - but being on the IC was frustrating. I was at week 9 but since being back am back to week 7. Someone on here said 'running is for life' which is how I see it, that helps me be patient (sort of!!!) :) good luck!
