I sympathise! Take your time whatever you do don't make the back worse or put yourself out for longer. I had 2 weeks out with a calf strain - not a bad back I grant you - but being on the IC was frustrating. I was at week 9 but since being back am back to week 7. Someone on here said 'running is for life' which is how I see it, that helps me be patient (sort of!!!) good luck!
