Well my dad came round again so I could do my final run of week 4.
After the second run being a bit of a struggle I was actually really dreading it!
But I managed to slow down a little and it did seem a little easier ☺ and not such a struggle.
So week 5 is to be started on Wednesday 3x5 minute runs! Crickey Oh Riley 😥
