Hi all, I have just completed my second run of week 2 and feeling great. I have been running on a Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. Should I only leave 1 day between runs or is the 2 days from Sunday to Wednesday ok?

Thanks.

If you follow the plan and run three times a week, there will always be one two day break and two one day breaks. I ran Mon/Weds/Fri. You're fine.

I run every other day but I don't think it matters as long as you have at least one rest day between runs.

I run Saturday, Monday and Thursday as I have so much else on at nights this is what I can fit in. I don't think it really matters if you still do the programme. This is a great programme and this is a great site. There is ALWAYS help and support around for whatever. Even if you just feel alone you will not be for very long. Good luck and "You can do this".

I do Mon, Weds, Saturday usually. I find it helps to always run on the same days so its more difficult to bottle out !

2 day break is fine.

(The program only wants you to run 3 times a week so there will be 2 consecutive days you need to have off)
