Just finished week 5. Feeling great. Never thought after rupturing my cruciate ligament that I would be able to run for 20 mins non-stop.
Going to do race for life in June.

Week 6 up next. Take it steady as it's a bit of a tricky one. You'll nail it if you go nice and steady
