After a couple of weeks of not really feeling that pleased with my running efforts this morning was much better. Fir a start for the first time in weeks it wasn't completely dark when I stepped out if my front door at 5.30am. Laura's stamina podcast was my choice & off I went. I hit my stride straight away which is always a good thing. Kept up to the pace right to the end. Great start to the day & niw ready for work. I don't know why I go through these 'God I can't run' phases but I'm out of it now - thankfully
