Week 7 done now, it's funny running in the morning as I usually run straight from work in the eve. Nice to see some wildlife and nature waking up though! New garmin watch is fun but I turned it off by accident halfway through my plod, too old for technology I guess, I will persevere!! I can't believe its only 2 weeks or 6 runs to graduation, nearly there now. Happy running folks !!
