RunBritain Training Wizard??

I have found this runbritain.com/TrainingPlan... -- but don't quite understand it??

If you enter what you want to do - it comes up with a training plan -- but it only seems to be for "this week" . What about following weeks ?? Do you have to register or pay for the full training plan?? etc ??

Looks to me like you register on the site if you want to participate in formal racing - either as a competitor, an adjudicator or an organiser.

Hum, I just tried and it only seems to give you a week at a time.... There are lots of plans out there....
