Week 7 completed

Didn't manage to get to Richmond Park; instead, I ran a longer loop round the block with a big downhill section and long, gentle uphill end.

I'm managing to cover a little more distance with each run and hoping that I'll manage to run for 4k for the first time next week.

Today, I ran 1k in under 6 minutes for the first time (YES!). It took its toll - I had to take a detour at the end of my run to avoid the uphill section of the run. Will have to be more careful next time!
